Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for items that arrive with a manufacturing defect or flaw that significantly impacts the functionality or appearance of the product.

For non-custom stock items, we offer returns and refunds provided the item is returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

In the event of a demonstrable flaw, we are also happy to offer repairs at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain fairness and manage the unique nature of certain items, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom Embroidery: Orders featuring personalized embroidery designs or text that cannot be reasonably resold. This includes complex or highly specific designs.
  • Subjective Dislike: Returns based on personal preference, such as "I don't like it" or minor color variations that are within acceptable tolerances. We do our best to accurately represent colors in our product listings.
  • Sizing Errors: Returns due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please carefully review our sizing guides before placing your order.

Return Shipping and Condition

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect or flaw.
  • The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if a returned item is not in its original condition. This will be assessed and agreed upon with the seller.

How to Initiate a Return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and, if possible, photos of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.
