Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! Please note that each item is custom-made in-house, just for you.

We appreciate your patience as custom and larger orders require dedicated time and care. While most items ship within 3 business days, please refer to the following estimated shipping schedule for specific product types:

    Custom Vests, Capes, and Harnesses: Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before shipping.
    Large Custom Orders: Due to the complexity and scale, please anticipate a production time of up to 4 weeks before shipping.
    Patches, Leashes, Leash Wraps, Bags, etc.: These items typically ship within 1-3 business days.
    Ruffwear Embroidery: Please allow 1-5 business days for embroidery to be completed after the blank item arrives at our office. Important: For Ruffwear Embroidery, your design approval is required before the vest production can begin.
