Personalize your Ruffwear harnesses and Jackets with custom embroidery on the pockets. *Not all styles available for embroidery. See below for available options.

How it Works:

1. Choose Your Ruffwear: Purchase your Ruffwear Switchbak directly from Ruffwear.com or your preferred vendor.
   
2. Select Your Embroidery:
   • Choose your text and thread color.
   • Leave detailed notes and use the attached "Custom Ruffwear Template" to help visualize your design.
   • Select the color and size of the harness
3. Ship Your Harness:
   • Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with my shipping address. Please ship your jacket to me.
4.  Review Your Design:
   1. You will receive an email with a digital proof of how your embroidery will look, you can make any revisions or keep it as is. Once approved, your embroidery will be made as shown in that final approved design.
      

Important Notes:

• Size Limitations: Embroidery size and layout will vary based on the jacket style and available space.
• Not All Styles Allow Side Embroidery: Due to pockets, seams, or hardware, side embroidery may not be possible on all jacket styles.
• Design Limitations: While I'll do my best to accommodate all requests, not all designs may be feasible.
• Potential for Minor Damage: Embroidery is a delicate process. While rare, minor damage (e.g., small holes, punctures, looped thread) may occur. I will notify you of any such issues.
• Disclaimer: River Dog Gear is not responsible for excessive damage and may not be liable for replacing the item in certain circumstances.
