Custom Embroider Your Item

Send your item to be Embroidered. Create Your Own custom embroidered bag, shirt or item with your Logo, Text or Image. You send the item to me, and  select the Size, Text, Colors and Images. Complex and Images or logos are also available. 

HOW TO ORDER: Purchase the listing, then send me your image/sketch/idea to rebecca@riverdoggear.com. I will respond with the shipping address to ship your item.

I will then reply with a digital proof for you to check and approve, so keep an eye on your inbox. If I don't hear back from you within 5 days of the proof being sent, I will design it to the best of my ability based on the information given on the order.

COPYRIGHT & IMAGES: It is illegal to reproduce images that are copyright protected, and I will not copy/recreate these images (ie: Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Characters, Teams or Company Logos, etc) Please don't ask me to break the law or steal someone else's intellectual property. 

Design Tips: 
TEXT FIT: the more characters you add, the smaller the text, I recommend 2 lines for 2x4" patches, 1 line (13 character MAX for 1x4" Slim sizes).

*** This is a CUSTOM ITEM**** I want your order to be perfect for you, and will do everything I can to make it as you want it. However, because this is custom work, there are NO REFUNDS or Returns unless there is a significant flaw in the quality of the piece upon receipt from the customer. "I don't like it" or "the color isn't what I wanted", etc.. are not valid reasons for an order cancellation. Customer assumes this risk when ordering custom items. 

IMPORTANT: Embroidering items that are not supplied by River Dog Gear are subject to alterations, design changes to fit specific types of items, and that items can be damaged by industrial embroidery machines. River Dog Gear will do everything possible to prevent this from happening, but it is a possibility. The customer agrees to accept the risk of their item being damaged.
